The installation process for the Astral Rainway water management system is as follows:

Step 1: Ensure proper system slope by installing the Rainway System with a minimum fall of 1:500, allowing for a larger area to improve drainage capacity.

Step 2: Fix the Support bracket, positioned 2 to 3 cm below the roof edge. Ensure the roof edge is complete before the centre of the half-round pipe (within 2 to 4 cm) to maintain the necessary freeboard.

Step 3: Connect pipes effortlessly using the ‘Single click’ and seal jointing mechanism, ensuring leak-proof joints and secure connections with other fittings.

Step 4: For assembly, position the edge of the half-round pipe near the Joint bracket and slide it under the clip near the rib, maintaining a minimum 10 mm distance for expansion and contraction. Use your fingers to pull down the pipe while using your thumbs to push the pin over it.

Step 5: When fixing the Joint Bracket, support it at the centre with a support bracket, allowing adjustment to the desired waterfall or system angle. 

Step 6: Choose the suitable metal rafter bracket, adjust its position to meet slope requirements and secure the system. Adjustable rafter brackets can be used to achieve the desired slope or angle.
